Die Wohnung ist gross und hat eine Top-Lage mit Terrasse direkt am Meer. Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte in wenigen Minuten fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere auch der KĂŒche. Vermieterin zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Verdienterweise insgesamt die maximale Punktanzahl bei der Bewertung.

Cet appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, la vue est imprenable sur la mer et l'entrĂ©e du port. Il est trĂšs bien agencĂ© et permet Ă  une famille de 5 personnes d'ĂȘtre parfaitement Ă  l'aise. Un bĂ©mol : les charges ne sont pas indiquĂ©es en dĂ©tail sur l'annonce et sont Ă  rĂ©gler en sus sans avoir su par avance de quelles charges il s'agissait. Sinon, tout Ă©tait parfait.

séjour trÚs agréable pour jeunes et moins jeunes

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©eable Ă  observer l'entrĂ©e du port de pĂȘche depuis le balcon et Ă  jouer sur la petite plage rocheuse juste en face de la maison. Le marchĂ©, les magasins et les restaurants sont tous accessibles Ă  pied, nous avons donc laissĂ© la voiture dans la cour pendant la majeure partie de la semaine. L'hĂŽte est sympathique et accueillante et vous fait sentir tout de suite chez vous.

Bon séjour. Maison trÚs agréable. Vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Appartement trÚs bien agencé. La vue du salon sur l'entrée du port est magnifique et a beaucoup plu à nos parents ùgés. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied. La region est vraiment trÚs belle et encore sauvage. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Merci à Mme Rousseau pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Terrasse "Zur schönen Aussicht"

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der originell und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung les Etocs verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß, lichtdurchflutet und die KĂŒche wirklich komplett, mit viel Geschirr, Töpfen und KĂŒchengerĂ€ten, eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch.Die Schlafzimmer sind gerĂ€umig und die Betten sehr bequem. Mme Rousseau, unsere Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr nett begrĂŒĂŸt und auch noch ein PlĂ€tzchen im Keller fĂŒr unsere FahrrĂ€der organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Hafen und alle GeschĂ€fte sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir im umzĂ€unten Hof parken. In der NĂ€he der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Strand und links und rechts des Ortes gibt es lange weiße SandstrĂ€nde. Guilvinec ist kein reiner Touristenort und fĂŒr uns Landratten war das tĂ€gliche Anlegen und Ausladen der Fischerboote am Nachmittag eine sehr interessante Sache. Wenn die Fische abtransportiert werden hört man auch in der Nacht schon mal einen LKW vorbeifahren. Uns hat das aber ĂŒberhaupt nicht gestört.
