Loved being right on the beach. The parking is tight if you want to park under the building. It is an older building and you can see its age. It worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). The outside handle on the sliding glass door fell off and maintenance responded in a timely manner and he was very personable. We did not use laundry, it was conveniently located. It was a great first time beach experience for us and this place was affordable and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. Bedrooms good sized, tiny bathroom, but I like that the sink was separate from the tub and toilet.
