Please note our unit 901 is Adults only as follows - Three Adults Maximum, 25 and older, which includes Occupants and Guests.

Located at 1117 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores Alabama, Seacrest 901 is the 9th Floor East End Penthouse Unit with two private balconies. The main balcony off the living area looks South over the Gulf of Mexico and the second balcony off the master bedroom looks North over Little Lagoon. Both offer spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. This is a beautiful and modern, low density complex with one assigned parking spot underneath the building (parking for 2 vehicles maximum per condo with valid parking pass). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers beautiful granite counter tops and sleek white appliances. The living and dining area has a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, couch, recliner and kitchen table for four. The condo offers one king master suite with its own 48 inch flat screen TV and a private bath and a stunning private balcony. The second bedroom is a queen with its own 32 flat screen TV. The complex also has a nice private swimming pool and hot tub on the beach for Seacrest Guests and Owners only as well as gazebo and two stainless steel charcoal grills. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit, common areas or limited common areas which includes all balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests.

This VRBO rental unit was exactly as described in its listing. It is wonderfully decorated with calming colors and cohesive furnishings. The master bedroom mattress provided restorative sleep, and bed linens were lovely. We so appreciated being able to choose between bed pillow options, as well as a cotton blanket for those extra chilly nights. We appreciated all the storage options...drawers, closet (with hangers), bathroom hooks and kitchen cupboards with room for pantry items. We knew the cookware was stainless steel, so we brought our own non-stick pan and numerous non-stainless-steel utensils (so as not to scratch our cookware). The 9th floor location means you can hear the ocean waves, but not all of the conversation going on at the beach. The dedicated covered parking spot was really appreciated, with carts provided to transport your belongings up the elevator. Communication with the host was always quick. Physical location of the rental is just a short drive to numerous dining options. We really loved the quietness of this unit. Our only suggestions would be to 1) offer a binder with dining, coffee, attraction suggestions and 2) provide beach chairs. The beach company charged 45/day for a pair of chairs w/ umbrella. Too high for our budget. We suggest you buy a cheap pair of chairs to use while you're there and then leave them in the communal "donation" cage that is in the parking area. We hope to come back to this lovely unit soon!

We just spent a week in this condo. Gulf front overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach. We watched dolphins in the water most mornings and loved walking the beach. The condo was super clean and bed was very comfortable. We'd highly recommend a stay here!

From the moment we pulled into the parking area to stepping into our room—it was seamless. The elevators are quick, beds are soft and location is perfect. The property’s cleanliness blew me away — it’s not just “tidy,” it felt off-the-grid pristine. Spotless throughout. As for comfort: the condo was spacious, gorgeously decorated and intelligently laid. Parking was so close it felt like valet service-without the expense. If I had to give one word: perfect. I am very picky about cleanliness and this condo was spotless! I’ve stayed in a lot of clean condos but not as clean as this one. I was impressed. I didn’t feel one grain on sand on the tile.
