Don’t Stay Here - Should Be Closed

Terrible hotel, should not be on your site and I’m a loyal customer. Service is well below expectation and the lacklustre breakfast experience for both service, product quality was unexceptionable. The dining area was large banquet tables, staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and a lady was preparing chopsticks for guests by blowing air into each paper sleeve before putting the shopstick into the packet ironically to keep it hygienic! 😱 is booked two night but just checked out after one, couldn’t be bothered to fight with the receptionist for compensation - it’s not worth it.

I was canceled my room for no reason. Although after that they offer new hotel with better condition, I think they are not professional. In case I booked many rooms for the delegations, how can I solve the problems with simple answers from them: “We sold out now. We forgot keeping the booking!” ?

Hôtel très sale. Dommage puisqu'il a un bon potentiel. Je pense que le propriétaire ne veut plus y investir sans argent. Puisqu'il est très mal entretenu.
