Hands down one of the best hotels I stayed in in my 6 weeks travel of southeast Asia. Weeks before arriving to Halong Bay, I contacted the hotel to arrange for airport pickup. Ms Kasey was prompt, professional and easy to coordinate. In person, she is kind and service is top notch, along with all staff in the hotel. I would also acknowledge the pool captain. He was so nice and recommended me a wonderful scenic walk and was so patient in translating his recommendation. Beautiful views of the bay, clean spacious rooms and facilities.
