The bed is comfortable. The location is quiet. A/C is quiet. The bathroom is modernized. The room is spacious. Negatives: decor is basic and dated. I disliked the carpet in the room. The bath robes are old and scratchy. No coffee machine in room.

Hotel is very near the center of the attractions of Haarlem, so very convenient location. The executive room is comfortable with enough spaces. Staff is professional and friendly. Just one thing that we would prefer firmer mattress for our backs.

It’s perfectly located. Rooms are fine, average. Staff is excellent— friendly and helpful. Our room was on the pedestrian street side and was very loud from 6pm until well after midnight— earplugs made that not a problem, but something worth noting.
