Villa Hahei next to the Kotare Reserve

Villa Hahei

Definition of a 1914 New Zealand villa:

Typically a charming, single-story timber home, featuring high ceilings, ornate decorative features (like verandah brackets, intricate woodwork), native timber (kauri, rimu), and a layout with rooms off a central hallway, evolving from Victorian styles towards simpler Edwardian elegance. A blend of modern comfort with historical character, often with distinct, sometimes separated, living areas.

Welcome to Villa Hahei, a gorgeous three-bedroom villa offering relaxed coastal living in the heart of Hahei.

Located right beside Kotare Reserve, there’s plenty of open space for a friendly game of cricket or letting your kids and pets run free.

Best of all, you’re just a 10-minute stroll from the crystal-clear waters of Hahei Beach. Pack your bags and get ready to explore the iconic Cathedral Cove and nearby Hot Water Beach.

With high ceilings, wooden floors, and light-filled spaces throughout, this home is full of character and charm.

The Villa:

With three comfortable bedrooms and one well-appointed bathroom, Villa Hahei is ideal for families, couples, or a small group seeking a relaxed beach escape in style.

In the cooler months, unwind by the fireplace, creating a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. When the weather’s warm, enjoy easy indoor-outdoor living with a covered patio—perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or laid-back evenings with friends and family.

Timeless charm, plenty of games to keep the family entertained - Villa Hahei is your perfect Hahei Escape.

If convenient, I will meet you on arrival.

Otherwise, simply let yourselves inside and reach out should you need anything.
