Great property but restaurant was average. Dinner I had there was below average. Salmon was over cooked and served with partially reheated vegetables. Also, disappointing that cuisine was Italian vs Japanese.

Lovely hotel, the staff were great when we rang to say we would be a little bit late for check in. They waited till we had arrived. Our hotel room was very spacious and perfect for our one night stay.

The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The high tech tub was awesome. The staff were very friendly, and they have Netflix which is great when you've been travelling for weeks and just want a night in! There is no elevator, carrying our luggage up to the third floor was a bit of a pain.

Great location, large room, had aircon and heater. The room had a kitchen with a cook top but no tea towels, cutlery, utensils, pots or pans. The room was not cleaned during our stay. There was no elevator, only stairs which made it difficult as we had to carry out luggage up 3 flights.

Room does not get cleaned during your stay at all. No lift so you need to bring your bags up to your room yourself.
