All (4) rooms had issues. Broken coffee machine, defective bathroom fans, broken shower head and clogged bathtub drain. Front desk staff was not friendly/helpful. The rooms located in the front of the building should be avoided. CAA is directly across the street and has snow removal constantly passing through their parking lot all night long. Positives: nice bar set up with great bartenders. Decent breakfast set up and kitchen is available for dinner as well which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel itself is top-notch, with excellent facilities and overall comfort. However, I rated it 4 stars due to a false fire alarm that occurred in the middle of the night, which disrupted our sleep for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up or apology from the hotel afterward, which was disappointing.

The staff were welcoming, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. We were in a wheelchair accessible room and thought that the beds were too low and too soft for my husband who was using a walker making it difficult to get in and out of the bed. The breakfast provides a good assortment of hot and cold items.
