A newish 3-star hotel that's absolutely clean throughout, with room sizes adequate for what is a businessman's hotel. The inexpensive breakfast buffet sports both Japanese and western fare, and I noted it attracts even non-guests off the street. The check-in staff speaks rather good English, though the TV selections in the room seemed to be Japanese-language only. No problem with the wi-fi, and the automated check-out was high tech.

Superb hotel breakfast buffet, with much variety. Even better than the spread at more expensive hotel. Amenities are provided at lobby for guests to self-service, even bags and provided to put the amenities, including face masks. Very value for money stay. however, only 3 washing machines are provided and all are utilised so didnt get a chance to wash the clothes. Parking at 1000y. highly recommend Richmond.

I had planned to give this property 5 stars, as the room is spacious and clean, and the staff are very helpful. However, I have discovered that the pillows are very uncomfortable: to thick and too hard. As a result, I have terrible back pain this morning. This is an easy fix. I hope the hotel manages to sort it.
