Brisbane Airport Motel was an excellent stop on a layover between flights. It was very close to the airport, clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even offered an airport transport in the morning for an extra $15. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The price at this motel is a reflection of what is offered. Unfortunately we had problems on our o/ night stay - tv had to be sorted, wifi code in room was a faded unreadable 13 digit no. And then, on a stinking hot Brissie night the power went out so no a/c, no wifi, no fridge. Also found the 2 flights of stairs with 2 suitcases etc a challenge ( we r in our late 70s). Very old & tired. Handy as it is, we won't stay again.

Thank you for your review Jeff and sorry you had an unpleasant stay. Unfortunately we had no control over the loss of power as it was an Energex issue but still that is annoying to everyone affected. The deluxe rooms have lift access and it does say stairs only to the standard rooms on the site.

Property was at prime location. Host was amazing and helpful whom you can count on. There was aircon issue and shower head was revolving. But host offered us fan within 10 mins. Unfortunately there was no other room in hotel accomodate us. Otherwise I am sure host would have offered us alternative. I would definitely recommend if they fix these things.
