My wife and I had a very comfortable 2-night stay at the end of June 2025, prior to us boarding a ship to go on a cruise. Overall, the staff were pleasant, the restaurant (including breakfast buffet) was very good. Our room (deluxe king) was very roomy, it was clean and the bed/pillows was/were very comfortable. Our room had a nice outlook too. The men at the Porter/concierge desk were very nice and extremely helpful.

We loved our stay. Walkable to the cruise ship terminal. Walkable to the Tudor House & Garden and the Sea City Museum, both of which we enjoyed very much. Large hotel room, comfortable bed, clean hotel room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. It met our needs!

Southampton is a great city, and this hotel is in the perfect location. Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. I wish that I had brought my electrical tape to cover up the various lights in my room. The thermostat light next to the bed was bright enough to read by, and woke me up several times during the night.
