A place to breathe easy, relax and have fun in stylish comfort overlooking Lake Rotorua and rolling hills. This modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, nestled amongst boulders, native plantings and modern art is one of four separate neighbouring villas suitable for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the private beach (shared with 3 other villas), explore the local Hamurana reserve, BBQ undercover with your friends or soak in the spa pools under the stars (spa pools are shared with three other villas). Escape together to Toka Ridge
The space is a newly built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home named "Koko" (meaning wind) for its elevated position on the ridge. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in comfy new Super King and King sized beds (Note 2 super kings can be split apart to make up to 4 king singles). Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV. Always professionally cleaned.
Hamurana is a tranquil, semi-rural lake side suburb located only 10 mins away from the supermarket, cafes and takeaway restaurants via either Ngogataha or the Okere Falls Store. The area is a slightly more of an out-of-town being 17 mins from the Rotorua City Center and its many unique activities and experiences. Live like a local and take stroll along the nearby lake front reserve or Springs and discover relaxed natural vibe of the area for yourself.

Lovely Stay
We were three couples staying for several days.
The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views.
The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater.
All amenities were high quality and available.
The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated.
The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay.
All in all we were very happy with our stay and would revisit.

Thank you for an excellent stay. Very nice modern house with everything you could need, modern appliances, and a really nice location about 15 mins drive from the centre of Rotorua. Nice outdoor spaces as well

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay at toka ridge. Units are wonderfully furnished and state of the art appliances. View is spectacular. Easy checkin and host was on hand for any questions. Unit was clean and made you feel at home. Excellent location and stay. Will be back
