This unique place has a style all its own.
This new listing was changed to a vacation rental with brand new furniture and amenities from June 2023.
With a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ), and a pretty lounge area, this is ideal for friends, family, or couples.
The space
Pros: You have an amazing golf course view from your apartment. You can even access a carefully maintained golf course field for picnics or sunbathing (the golf course is not active currently).
Cons: Work ongoing in the parking area, is expected to be finished soon.
The bedroom and additional living area do not have any windows, but the kitchen and dining/living area have enough natural light.
We wish to make all details transparent to our guests before booking. Please get in touch if you have any further questions.

The price is not appropriate for the unit
-someone knocking at my door at 11:30 PM
-Difficult to find building and when I called host on the emergency number that was provided, he said “I can’t stay on the phone, because it’s 1 AM”. One can surmise that if I’m calling the emergency number at 1 AM, then I’m not calling to chat about the weather.
-The water in the shower smells like hard boiled eggs
-There was barely anything to cook with
-Basic supplies like antibacterial hand soap in the bathroom were missing
-there was this Constant red light coming from the adjacent room of the bedroom (Through the Bottom of the door)
