It was a lovely place to stay at no problems lovely staff all the time, polite friendly member of staff who first dealt with me and my partner when we checked in went through everything and explained everything really well, this hotel is the best I have stayed at by far never dealt with such a polite member of staff when I first enter like we did with this hotel
