It is in need of upgrading. Our room had a bathroom door that wouldn’t stay shut. Also the bathtub was scratched and the sink had a large crack and no way to plug it.

I made this reservation on Expedia, but we were turned away at the front desk as the concierge pointed to a sign that read "NO Locals". I had never heard of this. I would understand if Expedia charge me if we failed to show, but is unacceptable to be charged for something that is not stated on Expedia or the IHG website.

The floor I was on smelled of strong weed Even though it was a non-smoking area. The registration desk said they would take care of it which I believe they did because after 20 minutes doors were slamming real hard for 30 minutes straight trying to Get back at the person who Reported it. The hot breakfast was to start at 7 AM but was not ready yet at 7:20. I needed to get on the road so i left without breakfast. The good highlights were a very polite staff and the rooms were very, Very clean. Very comfortable and a very good TV.

This hotel was fine for one night. Not awesome, not horrible. The bathroom needs help! Shower curtain would not close, wallpaper held together with a staple gun and no bathroom fan so ceiling tiles looked rough. The beds were comfortable so that was nice. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable. Hotel was conveniently located and clean. There were a few things like the shower surround and low water pressure that needed attention, but overall, it was good.
