Absolutely disgusting. We were met with the stench and crumbs and cobwebs of what looked to be the remnants of a month worth of guests. I was afraid to turn on the heat and breathe in what it blew out. The door had a 1/2 inch gap when fully closed so I had to wedge a chair under the door knob to half seal it since temps dropped down to the low 20s-30s and it snowed. The ceiling was falling in. We inspected the beds immediately and didn’t see signs of bed bugs, but as soon as we lifted the blankets there were food crumbs and pubes on the bed under the blankets. Cobwebs in almost every corner of the room. Under the beds were nothing but hair and crumbs and dirt. The bathroom door had blood stains on it along with the wall. The toilet seat was broken where it mounts to the toilet seat so it wouldn’t stay in place. The wash rags were dirty. The tv had remnants of something all over it. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. This was not the cheapest option either. I went with what I thought was safe since it was a brand. I didn’t expect anything perfect but I surely did not expect the atrocity that was our lodging. The only reason we stayed was because we could not afford to pay for another hotel and wait to be refunded our money back because it’s never immediate. Our room looked nothing like the photos. I feel mislead, disappointed and over all our family trip to a motocross event for the weekend was cut short just so we could get home and leave this experience behind us.
