HVAC system loud; not a single USB port; rather, traditional plugs. Kitchen was not clean; some utensils had not been cleaned. Shower barely usable without water on floor and very low hot temp. Coffee supplied was as weak as one could imagine. No breakfasts.

If you’re staying for an event at the river, like a regatta, then it’s perfect because it’s right by the pedestrian bridge. Other than that, I’d stay somewhere else.
