Waste of $650

Took 2 hours to get into room after driving 15 to get there. My sister and I came for my great grandfathers funeral. We had to move the car out to the road so they could paint the parking lot. Pool closed at 9 and it’s usually 10 or 11 at most places. House keeping was very loud the whole stay and I was constantly woken up by loud noises. Housekeeping then knocked on the door to tell us to check out at 10:30 when we were getting ready for the funeral. Last time I checked we had till 11. Then when leaving they were painting the entry way, and laying new tile.

Classic example of “you get what you pay for.” It was “fine” except (1) pool was closed with zero explanation (just a sign announcing it), (2) bath needs a major refresh or, at the very least, some new grout and a deep clean, (3) there is the giant yucky stain in the entryway to the hotel (horrible first impression).

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There are Walmart stores, CVS pharmacy and much more nearby. Swimming pool, breakfasts . The staff is great. We had a great time.

First of all. My room key had to be replaced 9 times in the 5 days I was there. I was not the only one having this problem. My room was only cleaned 1 day during my stay. There was a girls softball league in town and some were staying in my floor. The staff allowed the very loud and disruptive girls to run up and down the hall till after midnight one night, and well after 10 the other nights, even after I went down to the front desk and advised them of the problem, several times. At one point, the girls were sitting in a circle in front of the elevator and even after I went down to the front desk and complained, the front desk staff didn’t not solve the issue. I had to personally find the parents and ask them to resolve the problem, personally.

arrived to our room to find that the floor was extremely sticky with unknown substance and the bed sheets had staining. staff was prompt and helpful to move us to a new room where we felt more comfortable. overall, had higher expectations given what we paid for our stay. the location was by no means a motel, then the condition of the room would be more understandable, but for nearly $450 expected it to be much nicer and cleanliness is not expensive.
