We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful the facilities are nice and it’s close to all, but the Main Street is loud, especially in the morning hours.

The room was large and clean, it just wasn’t very cozy. The design is so sleek and modern that it lacked soft pillows or a throw on the sofa and no comfortable chairs.

We had a very frustrating experience at this property. We checked in late, hoping for a quiet night and some much-needed rest—but that didn’t happen at all. The pool was freezing cold and unusable, and our neighbors were incredibly loud throughout the night. Their kids were banging on the walls and making noise well into the early hours—an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, there was a constant noise coming from what sounded like an electrical closet or inside the walls, which made it even harder to sleep. I asked for a late checkout just to get a bit of rest after a rough night, and the best they could offer was 12:30pm—only 30 minutes past the normal time, and even that felt begrudgingly given. Overall, the service was poor, the environment was loud and uncomfortable, and the entire experience was very disappointing. Definitely not what we expected.

Staff are ok Water stations are a great option but didn’t work half the time the pool is tiny The rooftop closes so early (8p) service is so slow No fitness center The robes were amazing and rooms are a nice size

Great place to stay in the town of Healdsburg. Makes the experience very walkable and close proximity to great shops and restaurants. The room r nice and clean, spacious and very comfortable. Pool water could have been warmer but hey it’s the summer!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious and stylish. Really, one of the nicest hotels at have recently stayed in. Very efficient, albeit cool and aloof staff, helped with check-in and check-out. A smile would have been great on either end of the process to make us feel welcome. However, I do recommend the hotel. It has a great vibe and the location can’t be beat. Convenient valet parking included was a big plus.
