Our recently renovated family’s estate overlooks the beautiful Mill Creek Valley and features a spectacular vista of vineyards, pasture, and forest. Positioned on two acres, this private retreat is filled with enough activities - a pool, whirlpool, putting green, bocce court, sauna, home theatre, and gourmet kitchen - to keep friends or family occupied. While the private location feels a world apart, Healdsburg Plaza is less than three miles away.

The house is organized around a open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, which enables easy entertaining. The window-lined space affords views of a waterfall in the back house, or a loggia and the pool and vineyards beyond. A gourmet kitchen is well-equipped for wine country entertaining, and a heated outdoor dining area allows for al fresco meals any time of day or night. The main house has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and a guest cottage has a home theater, a bathroom, and an additional sleeping area. The 40-foot pool provides a cool break in hot Sonoma days, and a vine-wrapped trellis offers shade. And the pool can be heated, if you'd like to pay for the propane.

Professional landscaping provide a beautiful backdrop. Rosemary and roses cover the grounds, and an orchard includes a fruiting orange tree and an olive grove. A stand of live oaks provides shade and ample opportunity to explore.

Heaven in Healdsburg

A group of us stayed at Drew's place for the week of the 4th of July, and it was PERFECT. The house was about as well-equipped as most resorts. Pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, putting green, and even a sauna. There was never a shortage of fun things to do at the house, and the proximity to town and so many amazing wineries gave us plenty to do whenever we wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again, and look forward to that next time!

Healdsburg Wine trip

This was an amazing property- just as it was pictured and described in the VRBO listing. The location was excellent, only 2 miles from the town square. The amenities were fabulous!! We used the Sauna and pool every day, also the fire pit and hot tub!! Used the cute mini-putt course a few times too! :) So great to have all of those things available and working well. Kitchen was well stocked w/dishes, utensils, & glassware. Great towels/linens. & Having the little "Cottage suite" off the garage was a nice addition for our big group. Really, I can't say enough great things about this home. The owner and property manager were BOTH excellent & responsive resources prior to our arrival and provided me with many great local recommendations for winery visits and restaurants. Overall, I'd say it was one of our most favorite VRBO homes that we've stayed in!! thx fo having us!

The house was perfect for our family visit, it had everything we needed to make for a memorable stay. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the entrance was a great place for the grandkids to ride the vehicles provided. Everynight we challenged each other on the Bocce court.

This is a beautiful property with great views of the valley and very well maintained. We had a great time at the property and loved every moment of our stay. The house is very spacious and has all the modern amenities. Ali and Drew were amazing and very easy to work with and attended to all our needs. The kids even got to swim in that lovely heated pool for a couple of days as well. We will definitely be back soon!

Great Healdsburg Getaway Home

Drew’s home is located just a few minutes from town - you get the best of the best in terms of being able to get away from it all and have amazing views of vineyards but also conveniently located to be able to grab a quick cup of coffee in the morning if you decide to run out. We spent a week here and enjoyed all of the amenities - pool, hot tub, home theater, putting green, bocce ball etc. The home is well designed and thoughtfully laid out for families or a group of friends traveling together. We enjoyed cooking in, grilling and eating al fresco. Drew and Ali, the property manager were super responsive and accommodating. We had a great time!

Perfect location

We chose this property for the location and amenities. It is supper close to all of the Westside Rd wineries we wanted to visit as well as Healdsburg. The setting is quiet and scenic. The house is in great shape with a nice open layout and large kitchen island. We especially liked the hot tub and sauna. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a must for us traveling with 3 couples so it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Property manger was highly communicative. Also shout out to Napa/Sonoma DD for taking care of our driving needs.

Perfect family setting

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The amenities (pool, golf, lounging areas) meant we didn’t need to go into town at all (but since it’s so close we went for ice cream, of course). The house had everything we needed to cook great meals, spend all day by the pool, and enjoy puzzles and games inside. I was especially impressed by the gorgeous landscaping, cleanliness, and abundant necessities like towels and kitchen supplies. The host and property manager were responsive and welcoming and we will absolutely be back to enjoy the house and Healdsburg again!
