First off, this house is massive! If you have a big group, this has plenty of room. The hot tub was great and used every day, it was cleaned/inspected during our stay which was nice. Kitchen is huge with lots of space for cooking for big groups. Theater room was very nice. Here's the bad. The cleaning done before we arrived was just horrible. The kitchen floor was sticky, my son actually took a sponge and washed it by hand. The coffee pot was dirty and still had grounds in the basket. A lot of the pans we used, we had to wash before using them. The garage has space for two vehicles but only room for one as there were several garbage bags and cardboard/recycling stuff on both sides of the garage. One issue that I think could be a serious problem is the week before we got there they received several inches of snow and the front steps hadn't been shoveled or the driveway had not been plowed at all. Unfortunately for us, we were there to ski, the weather was very warm so it all melted but if we had received more snow it would have been a big issue. On a positive note, we were running out of toilet paper and the host did have some delivered along with garbage bags which was a plus. The location to Park City ski resort was also very nice only a 15 minute drive.
