TRAVELERS BEWARE The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a horrible, stomach-turning smell — like mildew, old smoke, and who knows what else. That should’ve been the first red flag. But what we found next was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. There were cup rings and sticky residue on the bedside table, visible dirt covering the floor, and dried toothpaste still caked inside the sink. In the shower, there were globs of black hair, clearly left from a previous guest. This room was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. And then we got to the toilet. Pee. All over the seat. Still wet. No exaggeration. It was absolutely disgusting. We called the front desk, and someone eventually came up, but they barely made an effort. The staff member gave the toilet a quick wipe and left, even though there was still urine visible. I had to go in with my own Lysol wipes just to feel comfortable enough to stand in the room. But what truly pushed me over the edge? A roach. Just casually crawling across the floor like it lived there. That was it. That was where I drew the line. We packed up and checked out less than two hours after checking in — and honestly, that was two hours too long. When we explained what happened, the front desk barely reacted. No apology. No concern. Just blank stares, like this wasn’t the first time these concerns had been brought up. Don’t waste your money, your time, or your health. Book anywhere else.

We picked this hotel for its location, but when we got there I wished we got one further away. The room was discussing it had that old odor about it and the room wasn't clean. It had trash and filth left over for who only knows how long. In the bathroom a light fixture cover was just hanging from the ceiling and mold around above the shower and a cracked tile that crunched and move every time you walked in. Carpet along one wall by the bed that continued up the wall was tornand the wsll behind it was crumbling. The only chair that was in the room , its legs were loose and would mostlikely break if someone sat in it. It was a good thing we had folding chairs we brought with us on our trip. The hair blower keeped heating up. The walls and ceiling was so thin you could hear guest in the other rooms talking or walking or running around above you all day and night. Around the property was just as bad the pool was closed and without water except for the sludge at the very bottom and tile broken or missing. The shed that held the pool chemicals outside the pool area door was broken and just leaned against the opening and an old couch and a/c unit was just tossed behind it. Their breakfast was a joke nothing hot unless you microwaved there breakfast sandwiches that were there for who knows how long. Only packaged pastries and containers of fruit punc. No ice machine and the pictures that were posted are old photos. We couldn't go anywhere else because everything around was booked.

The room was very dirty. Bed sheets and towels only thing clean. We stayed one night, checked out the next morning. We have never had this problem with other places we have stayed at. It is that reason we put our luggage in room and left to explore area. Got back very late. Too late to find another place. So happy the sheets were clean. Not clean - vents on air/heat unit full of lint/dirt, couch was very old, bathroom floors and carpet not vacuumed. I have photos of room. I will not share them here.

We had a King room with only 2 towels for the weekend. Got more from the front desk. They did not tell us that the pool was empty. There were other hotels in the same price range that we would have chosen that had a working pool. Basically dissapointed.

Room was dirty and smelled. No pool.. it was drained and had weeds growing around it. Towel holder and shower curtain holder was falling down. Lights in bathroom and vanity area went out and couldn’t call front desk because no phone in room. Every time you asked the front desk a question they would guess the answer. ( I asked were the ice machine was located at the front desk told me to check the middle walkway outside and if I didn’t see it there it would be at the end breeze way. No ice maker to be found!) definitely would not recommend this hotel ever!

Our room had not been cleaned when we got there. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the tile floors were sticky. The mirrors had a film smear where they had not been cleaned in a while. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Had to call twice just to get towels the next day. The toilet barely would flush. I would not recommend this motel, for the price it costs, definitely not worth it. The location was fine, but still not worth it because of the uncleanliness.

The hotel rooma were so filthy and gross, we checked out 10 minutes after we arrived. In hindsight, we should have taken pictures so others could see, but we were in a hurry to leave. The rooms were not clean, one room had a moldy shower curtain, a toilet that did not look clean, and the front of the fridge was stained pretty sketchy. Neither room had clean carpets and had fruit flies flying around. We worried what other critters could be awaiting us when the lights went out. This was NOT worth the price that we paid and Wyndam should be embarrassed if this is the type of property they run, especially in a tourist town. People should stay clear!
