Many reasons we did NOT enjoy our stay. The A/C did not work. Front desk staff assured us it would only shut off once it match the outside temperature... that was not true. Outside it was 54 degrees, our room was so hot we were sweating and slept without covers. The next morning the mechanic extended his apologies because he knew the A/C did not work because of the circuit board and told us they were expecting new updated units which did not help during our stay. Next we showered in freezing cold water. It would stay warm just enough to get the soap on your body then BAM ice cold water despite the handle being all the way hot. We even tried to just put it on the warm setting. Didnt work regardless. Then, they advertise continental breakfast... its all just grab and go. No hot or fresh items which should be listed on their site.

our stay was great, staff very friendly and explain everything. Room was clean and if we need anything the office had just about everything. the morning breaskfast was well stocked lots of choices. will stay there next time.

It was a nice stay, clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was walkable to town. Also, the women at the front desk were very sweet and friendly, and gave us good recommendations for restaurants in town. The one downfall was the shower which seemed to be set up wrong so that the hot water turned on in the first quarter turn, and then it got colder the more you turned it. The hot water also didn’t last very long. I think it got cooler if someone else was taking a shower in a room nearby. Also, the rooms are not very well soundproofed. Not a huge deal because it’s not like we had parties next door but you could hear people on the other side of the wall.

Very disappointed, especially for the price. The breakfast was terrible, no hot food at all, only cold boiled eggs from the fridge, bad-tasting juice, and bagels. In a cold town, this is unacceptable. The room is old, the TV didn’t work, the A/C was extremely loud, and the walls are very thin. I could hear people walking and talking all night. Not worth the money and would not stay again.

The hotel location is extremely convenient. We felt safe. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel is situated within walkable distance of everything. Staff was kind. Room was extremely clean and even though outside was freezing cold . Inside we felt very comfortable even without the heater on . Unable to rate breakfast since I was not hungry in mornings . Easy check in and check out process.

Great location! Could walk to downtown. Staff was helpful and she recommended wonderful restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited with just cold options and fruit, we prefer a hot breakfast.
