It was very close to tube station so great for getting around London. Room was small but good price and bags can go under the bed so this was great. We could have tea or coffe at main foyer which was nice. Loved our stay

Glad I had the lights on getting into bed, one of “those” hairs greeted me. Mold around the shower glass, drain not working a feet had a bath every day, do not disturb light not working, a window broken and not opening, flies always in the room. Place has that old musty smell, except the foyer which was overpowering, or when you’d get a wave of other less appealing smells. Room service under powering. But, the staff are amazing, quick to respond, helpful, and just lovely. Great location to trains and buses, enough convenience, food, chemist shops for whatever you need. Would I stay here again? Unknown, good for what I needed? Yes. Do yourself a favour and get the breakfast, it’s rather fab.

Perfect for T2 & T3 we would definitely stay again
"Great for T2 & T3 super clean and comfortable rooms. The sky bar was brilliant. The only thing i would add for those on a budget is although the food and drinks are excellent it was a bit expensive. We had the tower burger which was great and massive but it was £26."
