Renovations were ongoing at the time we stayed, so the outside, common areas, and especially the elevators were unkempt. But, our floor was newly renovated and looked awesome and new and everything worked great. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were extremely nice and helpful, they were the stars here. The breakfast was very good and was well attended to. Very convenient to the Hershey’s attractions, which is why we were there. You can tell that when the renovations are done, this hotel will be awesome.

The hotel is being renovated and under new management. Equipment and new materials were stacked wherever there was room. The room we stayed in was ok, but clearly was in need of updating. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was probably the best part. Hot items daily, along with cold offerings. The cost of the room seemed pretty high based on the hotel being under active renovation. Was told I would receive my receipt by email. Still waiting.
