expensive for nothing...

unfortunetly, the high price we payed does not justify the low quality of the service. new room given to us had a fluidding priblem in the bathroom floor. it took 3 hours to fix, no apologies, just lame exceuses. the WIFI cost 1 euro for 30 minutes!!! tennis, mini golf or anything outside the pool cost extra. no coffee or tea making in the room. meals were borring and Germen in a weird way, not Greek at all! ham and chips for breakfast! yak!

Hotel was very nice, property was of a luxury hotel and very well maintained. Staff were not all that helpful and put me off three times when I asked if they could get a phone # from their phone book. I was inconveniencing them. A/C did not get cold which made it difficult to sleep.

Hôtel Aphrodite Beach Club

situation de l'hôtel très agréable et proche de belles plages ainsi que d'héraklion. pas mal de jolies restaurants touchant la mer dans les environs de l'hôtel c'est un hôtel avec beaucoup de chambres et il y a beaucoup de monde. un point embêtant c'est que quelques chambres donnent sur la ventilation de la cuisine, alors pas mal d'odeurs ce qui est assez désagréable et qui peut gêner, ce qui était nptre cas, nous avons jamais pu laisser la fenêtre ouverte et nous ommes jamais rester sur notre balcon à cause de ces odeurs! mais dans l'ensemble c'est un endroit agréable et les buffets sont bons et bien garnis aussi bien le matin que le soir il y a une belle piscine avec de l'eau salée, manque par contre des chaise longues quand trop de monde ! la petite plage de l'hôtel n'est pas la plus belle et pas la plus propre non plus! mais il y en a de belles plages un peu plus loin à quelques minutes à pied ce qui compense! nous étions satisfait de notre séjour et tout c'est bien passé et nous pouvons recommander l'hôtel Aphrodite Beach Club pour tout ceux qui ne recherche pas un 4* standard suisse. c'est bien un 4* standard grecque
