Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment tolérable. Aucune proposition de dédommagement (remboursement) au checkout. Par ailleurs, pour se baigner vers 15h, c'est très compliqué. La quasi totalité des transats sont réservés dès la matinée. Pour la décontraction, c'est raté !
