Excellent place to stay. All the staff are excellent and very friendly. Special thanks to the Manager who put a fan in the second room as it was quite hot at night. Also the young French lady working at reception and the bar for being so welcoming on our arrival.

Our apartment was roomy, and airy, good for the price.The location of the apartments was excellent, close enough to the strip of bars and the beach for a gentle stroll, but not too close to be noisy and disruptive in the night. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby, but easy enough to grab a quick affordable meal from the pool bar. The pool was clean and the flowers around well-maintained. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. George, Elias and Christina were very friendly, provided great service and helpful recommendations! Ask them which restaurants to visit! We would definitely recommend staying there. We had a lovely time!

The staff were wonderful and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that we had. The pool and bar area were very nice and private. The location of the apartment was very good for us. It was close to restaurants, the old town, market, bakery and center of town. It was maybe a 15- 20 minute walk to the beach, that was not an issue for us. The apartment is centrally located to many attractions and archeological sites.

Had a great week at Melissa Apartments. The owners George and Ingrid made me feel like one of the family. A special mention must go to Christina who works behind the bar,she is an absolute gem. Hope to go back soon.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille

TrĂšs bon accueil, Ă©tablissement calme, trĂšs agrĂ©able gĂ©rĂ© par une famille d’une gentillesse exemplaire. Seul petit bĂ©mol, les Ă©quipements Ă©lectriques en cuisine sont un peu vĂ©tustes notamment le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et la plaque de cuisson dans l’appartement louĂ©. Une gĂȘne vite oubliĂ©e car il est tellement bien placĂ© qu’on s’en ait quasiment pas servi, on a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© flĂąner dans les ruelles de la vieille ville de Malia le soir et profiter de ses nombreux restaurants. On a passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille, les enfants ont adorĂ© la piscine et le snack de l’établissement.

Am Pool wurde getrunken und gegessen. HotelgÀste hatten fremde GÀste mitgebracht, obwohl das nicht gestattet ist. Man konnte einige Leute mit fremdem " All inklusive BÀndchen" erkennen. Das sollte besser kontrolliert werden. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich.

Belle chambre neuve et calme

Immeuble neuf équipé d'un petit coin cuisine. Propreté irréprochable et lit confortable et ferme. Une petite supérette à cÎté. Petit parking. TrÚs calme. Qualité prix élevée. Service est minimum mais c'est normal. Les plages sont éloignés à 2 km mais prÚs du centre du village.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold pÄ Melissa. Familien som ejer og driver hotellet er meget gÊstfrie, poolomrÄdet ligger skÞnt og er rent og pÊnt. Poolbaren serverer alt fra lÊkker morgenmad til snaks og gode drinks. Tak til Ingrid og familie.
