Beautiful waterfront home located on Lake Avalon. 85' of lake frontage available for use. Lake Avalon is one of the cleanest lakes in Michigan. There is no steps down to the beach plus there is great views of the lake from the tower that over looks the lake. There is 4 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 floating dock all available. There is a screened porch attached to the master bedroom to enjoy the amazing sunrise and sunset each day. There is 2 fully functional kitchens, sauna, theater room and pool table all available as well.

One of the clearest lakes I’ve ever fished on. You could see down to the bottom at 20’ & watch your minnow swim around. House was great!

Great place for a big family!
The layout was perfect for everyone to have there own space. It is always difficult for our big family to stay together. Since it was November, we didn't enjoy taking a dip in the lake but the sunset off the lake was beautiful. We would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect for family vacation
Property is extremely clean with great features and amenities. Kayaks and SUP; clean and clear sand bottom lake, awesome theater/game room, pool table, two kitchens - lots of large spaces to gather as a family and large enough to have privacy and quiet time. Kids love the lake and beach. Owners are fantastic - helpful, caring, responsive, friendly. We will be returning for a third season!

Family Vacay 2023!
This was our second time renting this property. We had so much fun together. So much space and there was nothing we lacked for. We did miss getting to use the pontoon much due to something faulty, we were really looking forward to some group rides with the littles. However it didn’t stop up from all the other things there were to do! It truly was a success! Thank you

Family Vacay!
We had a great time. The kids called it a mansion and loved the spiral staircase! We thought the lake was unbelievable! The water was amazingly clear!! Our neighbors were so kind on either side. Overall a relaxing time together that we cherished!
