This luxurious retreat offers 3 spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, two end tables with lamps and USB charging ports, a dresser, a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV.

The private master bathroom includes dual sinks, a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and jets, a jacuzzi-style tub, and a dry sauna.
The two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, closet, dresser, end table with lamp and USB charging port, ceiling fan, and 43" smart TV's. These guest bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom upstairs with an oversized 6-foot tub. All bedrooms are upstairs.
The home includes two full kitchens—one upstairs and one in the fully finished walkout basement—each with center islands and modern appliances. The living room features two large L-shaped sectional couches, 55" smart TV, coffee tables, and ceiling fans to keep guests comfortable.
The home has central heating and air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort, along with smart lock entry at the front door and attached garage for secure, convenient access during your stay.
A private, dedicated office is available for remote work, featuring a large L-shaped desk, office chair, and Spectrum internet with WiFi coverage throughout the home and even the pool area.

Private theater room with 100" screen, Epson projector, 8 electric reclining seats, JBL soundbar with subwoofer, & color-changing LED lights around the large screen.
Game room with an 8 foot slate pool table, air hockey, foosball table, arcade with over 1,500 games, and a 55" smart TV.
Exercise room with commercial-grade equipment.
The basement leads to a gorgeous, large walkout patio area with BBQ propane grill and two picnic tables.
Relaxation room with two high-end 4D Osaki massage chairs and a red light therapy panel paired with a massage table.
There are 3 full bathrooms: one in the master suite, one upstairs shared by the guest bedrooms, and one in the basement with a 6-foot tub.
There are also 2 half baths: one in the basement and one located in the pool area for convenience.

We require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional & cover up to $1500 in damages.

The use of amenities such as, but not limited to massage chairs, red light therapy, hot tub, pool, gym equipment, and theater room is at your own risk.

Minors must be supervised in certain areas (see our house rules), and certain areas of the home are off-limits for safety and maintenance reasons.

The pool and hot tub are seasonal and may not be available during colder months.
We have some religious (Christian) wall art/decor on some of the walls in the home. Please do not move or remove them.
This is a newer home, and due to last year's drought, we are still trying to grow grass in the front yard, side yards, and parts of the back yard. Please do not expect a pristine yard/grass condition, as we are working to get the grass up to par.

The blacktop driveway needs to be sealcoated and at this time has several visual cracks that need to be repaired. Photos of the blacktop driveway can be seen in the "exterior" photos section. The repair will happen soon, in between guest bookings.
