Gorgeous, Open Floor Plan Home with stunning backyard!

Immaculate ocean oriented 4BR/4BA home in prestigious Palmetto Dunes with long sweeping views across 2 fairways of the George Fazio golf course!

Backyard is filled with palmetto and Palm trees lining the pool and spa! A short 10 minute walk to the beach or an easy bike ride!

As soon as you come in through the 2 car garage there is an over-sized laundry room with a utility sink to rinse off beach toys and flip flops. Then enter the gorgeous, fully stocked and equipped kitchen, complete with breakfast bar that seats 4 and an island for prepping meals and entertaining. There is a full bath right off the kitchen and screened porch, so kids do not have to traipse through the house and worry about wet floors!

The living area is complete with a mounted 65" SMART TV with cable and DVD player, round table that seats four for dining or playing cards. Hardwood floor, high ceilings and a wet bar make this area perfect for family gatherings. One of the master bedroom suites is on the 1st floor, while the 2nd master with sleeper sofa and 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs.

All of the architecture and lines of a permanent home but it’s a beautiful rental home for your next vacation getaway, complete with Plantation shutters, Trex decking, crown molding, 3M on most windows, butler pantry and much more. The backyard, complete with lounges, tables for dining, a grill, pool and spa is the perfect sanctuary for you and your family and friends.

Beautiful home, with wonderful pool and hot tub. More than enough space for our family of eight. Great location, with access to the shuttle to go to the beach and the dune house. Close proximity to the general store and tennis courts. Would certainly book again.
