The room is clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The resort is very beautiful and has easy access to the beach. The walls are not very sound proofing which is the major downside.

I had food at the bar, very good. The property was very clean. I just had a few hairs in my bed and on the floor in the room. Overall a great stay. I will go again.

The only thing I didn't like was the up charge of $40 per day. We arrived at 7pm and stayed for another day and got a $40 upcharge for things that are free at other places. So the price for the stay was not what I thought it was going to be. Deceptive diversion.

Very lovely hotel! Heather made sure our stay was so relaxing and well taken care of. She even accommodated our poodle so nicely. Food was great, the coffee shop had so many options, and we loved the jacuzzi every single night. Would stay here again for sure!

Arrived at hotel at 4:05, got checked in at 4:50 as room wasn’t ready. Lobby was full of customers waiting for their rooms to be checked in, guessing they were short staffed. Discovered at check-in that main heated pool was closed and restaurants were closed. One bar that had some food options was open but only one bartender serving the entire bar and surrounding high tops, so took 20 minutes to get a drink. Later in the night discovered there was no sheet or blanket for the roll away bed for my son, he ended up sleeping with 2 bath towels as cover. They need to post things like restaurants are closed, main heated pool is closed and staff is light due to winter months so we know what to expect and can avoid the property at our discretion. This was a total dud
