From the moment I arrived, this place exceeded expectations. Check‑in was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely attentive. You could tell housekeeping takes real pride in their work: fresh linens, clean surfaces, and everything neatly arranged. Our anniversary vacation exceeded beyond exceptional. The staff, was friendly Mr. Charlie was so friendly and he even gave us a restaurant to dine at but when I say it's nothing bad for us to say about the Sonesta Resort. Thank you for the baristas Damien and Michelle.

Heather who called to confirm our reservation was wonderful and the lady in the coffee shop the morning of 1/19 was delightful and her drinks were delicious. On the other hand, The heat in the room didn’t work and required a visit from engineering. The bedding wasn’t sufficient for a cold night… it seemed like we were missing a blanket or comforter. The phone wouldn’t call out so we had to run downstairs to talk to the front desk, the TV kept cutting out, and there wasn’t a bath mat.
