Welcome to 7 Painted Bunting Road! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to twenty guests. It is located third row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!

This spacious home completed 2021 off-season renovations and redecorating. Updates include the addition of a 5th bedroom with a set of built-in twin-xl bunks and a comfortable built-in queen-size dormer bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom; an expanded pool deck to accommodate outdoor dining and adding space for additional chaise loungers plus an outdoor television on the covered porch that can be viewed from the saltwater pool and spa; new living room, family room, and dining room furniture; the addition of two new beverage fridges to the wet bar and a built-in ice maker just off the kitchen.

Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. This home includes complimentary pool and spa heat powered by an electric heat pump. Heating is available seasonally when outdoor temperatures are above 55 degrees.

This home can comfortably accommodate larger groups with spacious bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and expanded seating for dining!

This was our 2nd house rental in Sea Pines. The house was excellent and very well equipped. A quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

This home is beautiful. Clean, well located and well Decorated. Great communication w Coastal in the rental. Two areas of Opportunity especially for the price. 1. The pool was very dirty when we arrived. Called for service and they came Promptly but wasn’t clean and clear again until the day before departure. We could swim in it but ewww. For this price no excuses. Second, we should be able to leave keys in home on departure. Tracking down Your rental Office is annoying. Again for this price should Be convenient to us not you. Overall tho wonderful rental.

Wonderful!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained with ample amenities. We particularly enjoyed the in-home/pool sound system, the large family-size dining table, the fully-stocked kitchen (with lovely china:), and proximity to both the beach and the Salty Dog shopping area. The management company was particularly helpful when our son left his favorite action figures in one of the bedrooms. They were tracked down promptly and shipped back within the day. The customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this beautiful home!
