This spacious three-bedroom villa in The Village at Palmetto Dunes offers a unique cottage-style design with plenty of natural light and comfortable living areas. The open floor plan features a living room and dining area with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for soaking in the serene surroundings of the resort. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops ensures convenience for preparing meals during your stay.

The villa’s layout includes two main-floor bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, Cable TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and its own sliding doors to a patio with lagoon views. The second bedroom on the opposite side offers two queen beds, vaulted ceilings, Cable TV, access to its own bathroom, and access to another private patio. The third bedroom upstairs features twin beds, Cable TV, and access to a 3rd guest bath downstairs, providing ample sleeping options for families or groups.

The Village at Palmetto Dunes offers a range of resort-style amenities to enhance your vacation. Guests can relax at the outdoor pool and hot tub, enjoy meals at waterside picnic tables with BBQ grills, or let kids explore the on-site playground. Seasonal activities such breakfasts and mixers are available to enjoy.
