You can't help but fall in love with Ocean Watch with its spectacular views, private roof top deck and beautiful master suite.

Located in the desirable Coligny Beach area, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath stunner has it all!

Situated on the second and third level this unit offers a spacious open floor plan with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. As you walk into the Villa the galley-style kitchen is fully appointed with updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer and dryer, and opens into the relaxing living space allowing the chef to not miss a moment of fun! Dining on the hearth pine table with the view will become a favorite pastime.

The living area is spacious and comfortable for socializing or simply relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds of the Lowcountry. A sliding door, off the living area, leads to one of three balconies found in this villa and the back stairs to the beach. Two bedrooms are on the main level.

The first has an ocean view with an en-suite bath. Situated in the front of the villa, is a guest bath and another bedroom with a sneak peak of the pool that is steps from your front door.

Climbing the stairs to the upper level you will quickly realize what makes this villa so unique and memorable. The master suite is a large light filled, relaxing area with tranquil colors and a lovely newly updated en suite bath.

The roof top deck is amazing with the space and views it offers. It truly is your own breathtaking oasis. It is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee and a sunrise or end your day, dining al fresco.

Super beach views at Hilton Head

Our second time staying here. Love the large second story deck with great views of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Not a large property so the pool is on the small side but a good option when it gets too hot on the beach.Facilities have had an upgrade since our last stay with new lighting throughout and kitchen upgrade.Kitchen is tight even with two people in it.There needs to be additional flatware as there were only 7 forks and 5 knives for our group of 6 people. But we love this place and will come back again.

I cannot say enough about this condo! The location was perfect, everything was extremely clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and the views were unbelievable!!! I would highly recommend this condo, as long as it’s not taking the same week my family and I want to come back! Hahaha!

Great time at Forest Beach

We enjoyed our time at Forest Beach. So many funs things to do within walking distance. Definitely rent the electric bikes and explore the island. Accomodations were just as advertised. I'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful place and great view

We will be back again. Beautiful ocean view from LARGE third story deck. All bedrooms are large and living and eating areas are really nice. There is even a decent size deck where you can view the pool area. The kitchen is small and very tight with two people. But we will come back!
