Message for Special Rates - Our newly renovated Villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all new furnishings, luxury linens, smart TV, charging stations and Samsung appliances. We are on the third floor (no elevator) and overlook the tennis courts. It is only a leisurely, 10 min walk through the shaded lagoon area, past the two outdoor pools to the natural sandy beach! Our unit is ideal for two couples or a small family.

We are located on a natural beach and you will see an exciting variety of birds and wildlife everyday. The change at the beach between high and low tides is very dramatic and each can provide hours of relaxation or exploration! Please review the local tide chart included in your welcome packet and make sure to experience the beach at both high and low tides during your trip. During high tide, you will enjoy seeing fish jump in and out of the water, maybe see a dolphin, sit in your chair at the edge of the water reading a book and listening to the waves. I would suggest wearing water shoes for the kids or if you plan to get in the water very deep, there are many oyster shells! At low tide, you won’t even need to bring your beach chair. You will be busy exploring the tidal pools and sand bars that get exposed during this time. You will be able to walk out approx 300 yards and see many hermit crabs, pelicans, horseshoe crabs and a variety of coastal birds. Most large shells you find will be “occupied”, please leave these creatures at the beach! It’s a great time for little ones to splash around and is my personal favorite time at the beach. If you prefer, there are other more “traditional” beaches only a short drive away, but they are not this beautiful and quiet!
