Wonderful condo with excellent location! Everything was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Outstanding location with shopping, grocery and restaurants just across the street. My husband never moved our car except to drive to Harbor Town to see the NYE fireworks. Highly recommend a stay here if you visit Hilton Head!

Absolute perfection! The condo was exactly as pictured, if not better. I'm no stranger to this part of the island, so it goes without saying that the location is ideal with shopping, restaurants and the beach at your fingertips. The weather was a little "iffy" during our visit (2/21/26 - 2/28/26), but it did not deter from our trip at all. We had a large, cozy space to relax with all of the comforts of home. The view of the daily sunrise is unbeatable, the king bed luxurious and the kitchen is amazing! The host is VERY responsive, thank you Julie I will return!

Had a great stay in this well appointed condo. Nice view, most awesome sunrises anywhere! Photos represent the unit well. Kitchen has all you could need to whip up your favorites. Property manager was the best ever to work with. Do a bit of research on the location and you’ll find most everything you need is very close by.

We have been wanting to stay at Seaside for a few years now and it did not disappoint. From the close proximity to Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to Pool Bar Jim’s it was a great experience. Our condo was perfect and it was updated and had a great view. Great little gem in the heart of Coligny!

Just got back from traveling with my husband and teenage son and I can't say enough good things about this property. You can't beat the location - on the beach and walking distance to so many great shops and bars/restaurants. The heated pool was a great treat during some of the cooler days during our visit and Pool Bar Jim's is conveniently located poolside so drinks and snacks are never out of reach. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything you could want. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit HHI!

This was our 4th visit to Hilton Head, and this property was by far our favorite place we've stayed! You cannot beat the view from the room or the easy walk to the pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay at your condo so much. It was a great relaxing weekend playing in the pool, riding bikes and playing golf. Your condo is beautiful! And most of all the kids LOVED the bunk beds!
