The Barefoot Bungalow: only 2 blocks to the beach!

Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated 2-bedroom condo has two full private baths, making it very comfortable for a family of 4 or use the queen sleeper sofa and expand to accommodate up to 6. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 twin-sized beds in the second bedroom, and a pack-n-play for the little one. There’s ceiling fans/lights in every room - even the balcony! There’s a flat screen in the family room as well as both bedrooms. The condo has a well stocked kitchen, full pantry with cooking essentials, a booster high-chair, a washer and dryer and games. Bed linens, towels and blankets are provided as well as a starter supply of basic amenities. There’s cable and high speed Wi-Fi internet.

This 2nd floor villa is also one of the CLOSEST Fiddler's Cove units to the beach and is just an easy 5 minute walk to beautiful Folly Field Beach! Choose from the private neighborhood beach access or public access, which has a boardwalk with an extended rubber beach mat walkway, restrooms, and sand showers. For additional fun beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, boogie boards and beach toys are provided. Just about everything except the food, beach towels and sand! :)

One of the most popular activities while visiting Hilton Head Island is bicycle riding. There are miles of paths all over the Island for you to ride, plus there is 12 miles of hard-packed beach that is a spectacular ride at low tide.

No pets are allowed and you will have to go up and down stairs (second floor) to access the unit. So you can prepare for your trip, beach towels are NOT provided. We strongly recommend for you to consider traveler's insurance. There are several companies to choose from. VRBO has a section under the payment protection that they provide information for traveler's insurance or you can find your own company to receive a quote and coverage.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway close to the beach, then the Barefoot Bungalow is this place to go! This is my second time staying and everything was as perfect this time as it was the first time. The Barefoot Bungalow was clean, organized, and comfortable. The neighbors are nice too. Once you arrive there is a welcome book with list of place to visit with activities, food, and drinks. The hosts are ALWAYS nice, welcoming and they respond in a timely manner! We will definitely book again!

5-star stay!

We have vacationed at Fiddlers Cove for many years and this was by far the best property we have stayed in. The owner was very communicative about preparatory steps and checking in to assess our comfort while we were there. The Villa was fully equipped with all the basic Kitchen stuff and plenty throughout the bedrooms to make everyone comfortable. The fans in every room was a huge bonus. Plenty of beach equipment for us to enjoy the surf and the beach.. I would highly recommend staying here with a family of up to 5!

Welcoming and Relaxing

Our week-long stay at The Barefoot Bungalow was amazing! The property was clean and very inviting. The Bungalow had a very family feel. My friends and I enjoyed the closet of board games that were available to play. Being only 2 blocks away from the beach was just icing on the cake! We did not have to struggle to find parking or have to carry our things very far. I would definitely recommend booking this property!

Great unit and excellent location.

This place is a great unit for a family with all the needed amenities. Had all the beach stuff one could ask for plus games for when it rains. Close to the beach and all the local places in town. Compared to other unit in the area this one is top notch. The owners are also very helpeful and responsive.
