The space
Recently remodeled villa is located mere steps to the sand at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. You will find your ideal coastal retreat at this choice 2BR, tastefully decorated condo, fully furnished with everything that you will need for the perfect vacation!

The complex is on the ocean on Port Royal Sound with a natural, tidal beach. Located on one of the prettiest, most interesting beaches on the island, nestled between two town-owned parks, providing a secluded resort away from the crowds! Our sandy beach is a nature preserve and bird sanctuary with a natural habitat, perfect for birding and photography enthusiasts. Perhaps you prefer collecting shells or shark teeth - we have those too! Stroll the beautifully landscaped grounds, courtyards, lagoon complete with fountain and koi fish.

This 2nd floor villa is easily accessible by stairs from the parking lot. (no elevator access) Enter into an open floorplan to a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances and cookware, granite counters, comfortable living room with pullout couch, smart TVs, washer/dryer, sliding glass door takes you to screened porch overlooking tennis courts.

Master bedroom features king bed, smart TV, private bath. Second bedroom features twin beds, flat screen smart TV. Sleeper sofa in living room for additional sleeping space. Also for your convenience, we provide a pack n play for those traveling with little ones.

Beach buggy, chairs, umbrella all provided for a fun day on the sand!

Detailed check in information will be sent the day prior to your arrival. Professional, local property manager on call to answer any questions and address any issues that may arise during your stay.

Please note: this is a SMOKE FREE home. (Including porch) Any violation is subject to a $300 fine. Please respect so we can maintain the health and safety of our family and guests.
Other things to note
There is a $25 parking pass fee that must be paid at the gate with credit card upon arrival. Additional pass is $25 per car.
