The Inn was ideally situated to go South or North on the Western shore of Lake Seneca (for wineries, meals). The check-in was welcoming, the suite clean and cozily decorated with lovely ambient music drawing us in. What a relaxing setting we returned to for 3 nights after exploring the area by day.

The staff was so welcoming and great at offering advice on what's worth it and what was open as I went a little before the season. The location was great as everything was very walkable and the porch was very nice to relax in the evening.

This is the most adorable Inn! My husband said that I looked like a little girl walking into a Disney Princess experience. The bed was so comfortable. The room, though older, was spotless and precious. It looked like something from an English Garden cottage. I could see the lake from the sliding glass door. There was a private sitting area out the sliding glass door. If I am ever back at Seneca Lake, this is where I want to stay!

This is really a great little place to stay if you're on a budget. The location is perfect to visit many vineyards as it is located in the middle of the lake region. The room was cutely decorated. The owner is very nice helpful and is there for any meat you might have the only thing to be conscious of is that you were on the main road so it may be a little bit noisy with the traffic.

I was disappointed when I arrived. I expected that the facility would be closer to the lake. The online photos are misleading. The room was small. There really were no amenities.
