Not bad things but front desk they need to give a better welcome and a smile, went to the front desk a few times and no smile. they need to change their towels as the ones they have got don't dry you. breakfast was great, need a few more sun beds, overall great location.

Property was sufficient for our needs.
However, the beach side area was in pretty poor condition. Unbelievable that towels were not available on several occasions.
The rooms bathroom also needs a good renovation.
The staff were very helpful and friendly

I have stayed in chaweng a a few times and this is definitely my favourite hotel. We stayed in the beachfront room, the room was a little smaller than i had hoped, but overall our stay was fantastic. I would give the staff MORE than 5 stars if I could! They were all amazing. Not one staff member that we interacted with was anything less than incredible. They were kind, friendly, helpful, going out of their way repeatedly to help. Sheraton Samui, you have an awesome staff!
