以前、家族で宿泊した際にはとても快適でしたが、今回は禁煙室を予約したにも関わらず入室したとたんにタバコの匂いがしたため部屋をチェンジして頂きました。その際の担当者の方の対応はとても良かったのですが風呂の排水能力が低く風呂の湯を抜きながらシャワーをしているとトイレが水浸しになりました。危うく部屋にまで排水が溢れ出しそうな状況です。今時日本でこのような施設を使ったのは初めてです。
