The staff went out of their way to help us. The room however was not the one in the photo. It had a window that looked out to a passageway and then to a window that was on the outside of the building. The larger rooms seemed much nicer. Our room was ok especially given the price and location of the hotel. The room was quite clean. The "good" rating is based on the price and location more than the quality of the room.

The receptionist staffs is not friendly. I feel extremely appreciate the laundry service staffs they’re mostly deaf :(.. it’s very sad but happy to see they have a job. The room it’s old. It’s not that clean. Lots of shop nearby. The location it’s very convenient for walking distance.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Decent room. Wishing the shower head can be lowered for short people to reach. There’s a roomy elevator for us. We like our big room with 2 queen beds.

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, and I appreciated the fridge and tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable and lots of hot water. The staff felt like family. Always opening the door and quick to smile.

Room was spacious but bathrooms shower super dirty, staff was not friendly. There’s no security and staffs to helping you like others hotel does. Good location! I feel the hotel deserves 2 stars instead.

This was not our favorite stay during our travels, but also not the worst. The room itself was decent, a bit dark because we couldn't open the curtains (they opened to the hallway of the hotel). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However, we did have our toilet leak, and we were told, rather abruptly and with no apology, that we needed to pack up and change rooms. Then, the following day after heavy rainfall, our bathroom ceiling began leaking. Most of the staff was friendly.
