Kind, responsive staff and easy self-check in. But the room had wear and tear. Some damaged, molding tile areas in the shower. Several electric outlets were not usable. There was also ant issue so I kept all food in the fridge. The tiny staircase to the loft has hard edges and corners - I even scratched my foot on the bottom edge of one of the steps. There is also a window in the loft into the building stairwell that lets in light when youโre trying to sleep. Soundproofing is not great so you will hear neighbors and staff in the stairwell. Fortunately not much noise from the street as the hotel is deeper in an alley. Not a horrible experience but I think there are better options.
