Beautiful hotel with amazing outlook onto the river. Boat to the city enjoyable and convenient. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. We went to the spa and got a massage which was also a terrific experience. We were only able to stay in Vietnam for a short time and staying here made the trip a proper break while the proximity to the city meant we were still able to easily explore HCMC.

Excellent facilities, great decor, brilliant staff. Would stay again however for a hotel of this standard a couple of very minor annoyances. Insufficient milk in room for making coffee or tea and items advertised on menu not available, eg Cider and Prosecco.

magnificent colonial style hotel for me in a remote position 30 minutes from city and more in case of rain with nothing around you always need to call a Grab or taxi and wait for it better for corporate customers or short stay swimming pool is amazing , room was great but too quiet for me

Thank you to Mark on the front desk for his extra effort in helping us sled a package to the UK and for helping with an airline reservation . Nhung in the dining room was welcoming and attentive . However this hotel isn’t as polished as it was . A Mistake with wine at dinner was eventually recognised but not before they tried 10% discount and then 20% which we accepted rather than argue but said it was still wrong that we should pay extra for their mistake … they did eventually , the following day , put it right and re- charge us the correct price . Coffees were a long time coming , very expensive and luke warm . We couldn’t have or coffee outside at one of the many empty tables because they were all reserved for a group who never showed up ; over the next hour anyway . The replacement coffee was not that hot either . Milk at breakfast was off , split and curdled , poached eggs translucent, Little things but just not quite right like it had been on our previous visits ….

Staff and facilities were clean and well kept. The location was a little away from shops and restaurants but accessible by Grab vehicles. We started in District 1 for the first part of our trip do this was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the massage was amazing. We felt pampered and well taken care of!

Amazing Experience!!!

Wonderful Staff, absolute pleasure staying there. A bit far from the city but they offer a boat to district 1 almost 5 times a day. Rooms are pristine and nothing bad to say about the hotel at all
