Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I traveled from the airport to the hotel and finally contacted them, only to be told they didn't have a room. I don't know if they double-booked, but it took over an hour to send a staff member and I ended up waiting on the street for 4 hours before being moved to another property. Since I was only planning to spend one night in Ho Chi Minh City, all my other plans, including restaurant reservations, were disrupted, and it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I would never recommend this.
