The room was very dirty on arrival and my significant other had to ask the staff to clean it. The AC and laundry were not working on arrival. The bed is so hard I ended up switching to another hotel after a couple of days. Pretty sure the bed was concrete with a sheet on top

required whatsapp for check in. eventually they showed up and helped me... no staff on site. only a small trickle of water came out of taps... couldnt shower or wash. mattress very old and uncomfortable. not worth the low price.
