I stay there for three days..the bed is nice and comfortable..my friends was staying there for 7 days and I was about to visit my friends until the lady reception asking me my passport and why you going up??I am just going to visit my friends..I was like why I have to give my passport when I was there three days ago..that is so weird.

AVOID STAYING HERE. I stayed here early March and a couple days before we checked out, money was missing from the safe. Our safe code stopped working the day before we checked out, we thought it glitched. We asked for housekeeping the day before. When we asked the staff to open the safe for us, we realized the money we left in there was missing. Hotel staff and manager denied any involvement and lied to us that they had video footage of the housekeeper cleaning our room with the door open and that the safe was never touched. After calling the police and demanding they showed us the footage, it was revealed that the room door was closed the entire time, and you couldn’t see the housekeeper or the safe at all. I’m pretty sure everyone was in on it. Normally I would not keep valuables in the safe but I felt I could trust this establishment and unfortunately they proved me wrong. We had such a great time here initially and even overlooked the ant problem (there are ALOT of ants here) but this left a sour taste in our mouth and we would never come back, or could recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome room and bed. Very clean and updated. Had the best shower in my SE Asia journey. Breakfast was excellent and sometimes we over ate because it was so good. Has a nice roof top pool. I will definitely recommend.

Si bien entretenue, très bien!

Nous étions en couple à cet hôtel, du 2 janvier au 5 janvier 2025. L’hôtel est très bien, selon moi et je lui donne une note de 8.5/10. Je voyage beaucoup… L’hôtel est très neuf lors de notre séjour. J’ai bien aimé la propreté du premier étage et du 8ième où nous étions. Les chambres sont situées du 3ième au 8ième. Mon court séjour ne m’a pas permis de profiter du 9ième étage où se trouve la piscine. Les jeunes gens à l’accueil sont sympathiques et surtout comprennent un peu l’anglais. Fiona nous salue toujours chaque fois qu’on la croise. C’est elle qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et cela m’a donné déjà une bonne impression du service, que je trouve très bien!!! La chambre est petite mais assez confortable. Le lit est vraiment confortable. Les draps sentent bon comme dans les hôtels bien cotés à Montréal. La salle de bain ne peut pas être plus propre qu’à la maison. Quoique exigüe. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas et vous rentre entre les jambes quand vous êtes assis sur le trône.😉 Dans la chambre, je suis surprise qu’elle soit équipée : boite de mouchoirs, qu’on trouve jamais dans les autres hôtels asiatiques et enfin assez de papier de toilette, du savon pour les mains, shampoing et gel pour la douche, sentant bon comme à la maison. Et une bonne surprise: un coffre-fort et un air climatisé silencieux!!! Par contre, j’ai eu des nuits blanches, car l’insonorisation de la chambre est nulle, comme tous les hôtels en Asie!!!!
