The hotel and facilities were excellent. The staffs were very friendly, good and helpful. The breakfast is still not good, if the management can improve better food. Then the hotel will be excellent. I will book to stay at this hotel again in December this year for another tour.

Mattress not comfortable, low quality I guess!! Cleanliness is ok, always have to request bath tissue!! Too crowded at breakfast time, I think the rate is very affordable for everyone! Some guests are very messy & don’t respect dining staff who are very productive! Overall, you get what you pay !

Has a really nice stay, staff were lovely, buffet breakfast was nice but could have done with a few more options however was still very happy with it. The pool situation was a bit disappointing, most of the time it was being utilised for swimming lessons so felt we couldn’t really use it.
